1. What does the role of a Hotel Reservations Consultant involve?
The role involves sourcing and booking hotel accommodation for our business clients. See Current Vacancies to see if this role is currently being advertised. Also, please see Working For Expotel, day in the life of a Hotel Reservations Consultant.

2. How should I apply?
Choose the vacancy you are interested in from our Current Vacancies section. Follow the instructions to either upload your CV or complete our online application form. (This can be downloaded to your computer or completed online).

3. Who do I ask if I have any further questions?
Please contact a member of the HR team via email on recruitment@expotel.com.

4. Can I send you my CV speculatively?
We prefer you to apply for current vacancies only.

5. I sent in my CV/application form. When will I hear whether I have been successful?
We aim to reply to successful candidates within 4 weeks. Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we receive we cannot respond to unsuccessful candidates

6. I have been invited for interview and/or testing. Can you tell me what this will involve?
Please see Advice for Applicants, under heading 'The interview and testing process'.

7. I came for interview and/or testing and would like to know when I will hear whether I have been successful?
Usually within a week or two, but this does depend on how many other candidates are being seen. Contact the HR team for further information (see Q3)

8. I came for interview and/or testing and would like feedback, who do I contact?
Please contact a member of the HR team (see Q3)

9. I am not able to complete the online application form. Can I apply any other way?
If you require a paper copy, please request this from the HR team (see Q3) or recruitment@expotel.com.

10. I have a disability that may affect my performance at interview / tests / my ability to do the job. Is there anything you can do?
Please let us know and we will do our best to make reasonable adjustments.

11. I applied for a job with Expotel previously, can I apply again?
Yes, but we recommend that if you are applying for the same job you have improved on your weaker areas from your first application. If you have already been tested by us, then please let us know.

We have 4 offices, Stockport, Manchester (Northenden), Leeds and Glasgow (see Office Locations)
