Corporate Induction

All new starters complete a corporate induction, usually on their first day with Expotel. This involves playing our induction game, Expo-tell and Win, as well as seeing our Company Intranet. You will also be shown around your new office and introduced to managers and departments. All new starters are sent an induction pack before they start.

Reservations Systems Training

All new Hotel Reservations Consultants and Exhibition Accommodation Consultants complete a 2 week induction to learn to use our Reservations system. This usually takes place in our Stockport office. Expotel will arrange travel and accommodation for you for the 2 weeks.

E-learning

We have a large number of e-learning courses available for staff to use. These cover a wide range of areas, such as customer service, sales and IT skills.

Coaching Success

Expotel runs a Coaching programme to provide dedicated training and support to its Coaches. The role of Coach is an excellent opportunity for any staff member looking to develop and learn new skills, providing dedicated post- induction support to new staff.

Other Training

We also run other training courses as required, such as management training.
