Corporate Induction

All new starters complete a corporate induction, usually on their first day with Expotel. This usually involves playing our induction game, Expo-tell and Win, as well as seeing our Company Intranet. You will also be shown around your new office and introduced to managers and departments.

Reservations Systems Training

All new Hotel Reservations Consultants complete up to a week of induction training to learn to use our Reservations system. This usually takes place in our Stockport office. Expotel will arrange travel and accommodation for you for the duration.

E-learning

We offer in-house bespoke e-learning courses to enhance your learning experience, such as Destinations UK and Data Protection.

Coaching Success

Expotel runs a Coaching programme to provide dedicated training and support to its Coaches. The role of Coach is an excellent opportunity for any staff member looking to develop and learn new skills, providing dedicated post- induction support to new staff.

Other Training

We also run other training courses as required, such as management training.
