Description/Requirements
Expotel Hotel Reservations, the UK's leading independent hotel reservations and conference & events management agency, is currently looking to recruit Business Travel Consultants.

Based in our Leeds travel department, the role will involve providing a comprehensive travel service to corporate clients and responsibilities will include dealing with all their travel needs within the agreed service level agreement for that company.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible and customer focused approach, possess problem solving and attention to detail skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

Experience within a telephone centered travel environment and a good telephone manner is essential. Air Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications are desirable.

Flexibility to hours of work and tasks undertaken will be required.
